Aperol Spritz

The Aperol Spritz is the drink that says holiday mode, even if you are just in the backyard. Bittersweet orange, bubbles, and a pour that feels like golden hour on tap.

Ingredients

  • 2660 ml Aperol
  • 2660 ml Prosecco
  • 890 ml club soda

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a keg, stir well, and close the lid.
  2. Pressurise to about 25 psi for carbonation.
  3. Chill the keg in the fridge overnight and freeze the ice packs. For best bubbles, fill 2 to 3 days ahead and top pressure back up to 25 psi each day.
  4. When ready to serve, load ice packs and keg into the Cooler Keg, release excess pressure, then set serving pressure to 8 psi.
  5. Serve in a wine glass and garnish with orange slices.
