Watermelon Margarita
This Watermelon Margarita is fruity, fun, and built for a good time. Fresh watermelon vibes, tequila kick, and a pour that keeps the line moving at every summer barbie.
Ingredients
- 3720 ml margarita mix
- 1330 ml blanco or silver tequila
- 1060 ml triple sec or Cointreau
- 270 ml watermelon liqueur
- Tajin to rim glasses (optional)
- Watermelon chunks and jalapeno slices for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a keg, stir well, and close the lid (no need to pressurise for carbonation).
- Chill the keg in the fridge overnight and freeze the ice packs.
- When ready to serve, load the ice packs and keg into the Cooler Keg and set pressure to 5 psi.
- Pour over ice in a Tajin rimmed glass and garnish with watermelon and jalapeno if you like a little heat.
