Blue Electric Spritz
Blue Electric Spritz made easy for the Cooler Keg. Batch it, chill it, pour it. Perfect for Aussie barbies and long weekends.
Ingredients
- 370 ml Vodka
- 370 ml White Rum
- 370 ml Tequilla
- 370 ml Gin
- 370 ml Blue Curaçao
- 740 ml Fresh Lemon Juice (Strained)
- 370 ml Simple Syrup
- 3250 ml Lemon-lime Soda
- Lemon wheel or lime wedge to garnish (optional)
Directions
- Pour ingredients in a keg, stir, close the lid, and pressurise to 25psi
- Chill keg in fridge overnight and freeze ice packs
- When ready to serve, put ice packs and kegs in the Cooler Keg, release the pressure and set it to 8psi
- Pour over ice into your favourite glass and garnish with a lemon wheel or lime wedge
- Pro tip: fill your keg 2-3 days before the party, add pressure to the keg each day to keep it at 25psi and turn down the temperature in your fridge to chill the keg as much as possible to have the optimal carbonation.
