Boulevardier

Boulevardier made easy for the Cooler Keg. Batch it, chill it, pour it. Perfect for Aussie barbies and long weekends.

Ingredients

  • 2810 ml Bourbon (Jake recommends Four Roses Bourbon)
  • 1330 ml Sweet Vermouth (Jake uses Axta Rojo Vino Vermouth)
  • 1330 ml Campari (Jake subsitutes with Aperitivo Capelletti Mazzura)
  • 950 ml Water (to account for water dilution from stirring over ice)
  • 30 ml Orange Bitters
  • Orange peels (optional)

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a keg, stir, close the lid (no need to pressurise the keg)
  2. Chill keg in fridge overnight and freeze ice packs
  3. When ready to serve, put ice packs and kegs in the Cooler Keg and set pressure to 5psi
  4. Pour over a big ice cube in a rocks glass or serve up in a coupe glass, express orange peel over drink, garnish with orange peel
  5. Pro tip: Have two.
