Crown & Cherry Coke
Crown & Cherry Coke made easy for the Cooler Keg. Batch it, chill it, pour it. Perfect for Aussie barbies and long weekends.
Ingredients
- 1600 ml Crown Royal
- 4790 ml Coke
- Splash of Grenadine -- to splash over ice before pouring (optional)
- Cherries for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Pour ingredients in a keg, stir, close the lid, and pressurise to 25psi
- Chill keg in fridge overnight and freeze ice packs
- When ready to serve, put ice packs and kegs in the Cooler Keg, release the pressure and set it to 8psi
- Pour over ice into your favourite glass and garnish with a cherry.
- Optional - add a splash of grenadine to the glass of ice before filling for a little extra sweetness.
- Pro tip: fill your keg 2-3 days before the party, add pressure to the keg each day to keep it at 25psi and turn down the temperature in your fridge to chill the keg as much as possible to have the optimal carbonation.
