Pink Vodka Lemonade
Pink Vodka Lemonade is the fun, fruity favourite that disappears faster than you can refill the esky. Strawberry lemonade, clean vodka, and a pour built for long sunny arvos.
Ingredients
- 4730 ml strawberry lemonade (store bought is fine)
- 1480 ml vodka
- 180 ml fresh lemon juice
- Lemon wheels and raspberries for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Strain all ingredients into a keg, stir well, and close the lid (no need to pressurise unless you want it sparkling).
- Chill overnight in the fridge and freeze the ice packs.
- When ready to serve, load ice packs and keg into the Cooler Keg and set pressure to 5 psi.
- Pour over ice and garnish with lemon and a few raspberries.
- Optional: force carbonate at 25 psi for 3 days if you want a sparkling version, then serve at 8 psi.
