Scotch and Soda
Scotch and Soda: clean, classic and easy drinking. Smoky whisky, crisp soda, zero fuss. A highball built for the Cooler Keg when you want something simple done properly.
Ingredients
- 2130 ml Scotch whisky
- 4260 ml soda water
Directions
- Pour ingredients into a keg, stir gently, and close the lid.
- Pressurise to about 25 psi if you want extra lift in the soda, or keep still and serve at low pressure.
- Chill overnight in the fridge and freeze the ice packs.
- When ready to serve, load ice packs and keg into the Cooler Keg. Release pressure if fully carbonated, then set to about 5 to 8 psi.
- Pour over ice. Keep it simple.
